--যাক হিজৰা বুলি কোৱা হয় তেওঁ পুৰুষ অথবা মহিলা গুণসম্পন্ন তাক ঠিৰাং কৰাটো চিকিৎসকৰ কাম।ইছলামেও তাকেই বিছাৰে।এই ক্ষেত্রত হিজৰাৰ ওপৰত অধ্যয়ন কৰা শ্বেখ জাদুল হকে কয়(late Sheikh Jadul-Haq `Ali Jadul-Haq, former Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar:-

ইসলামত নপুংসকৰ [ হিজৰা] স্থান:-

--সূনান আবু দাউদ (ইফাঃ)৪৮৪৫. হারুন ইবন আবদুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ....... আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ একদা নবী করীম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর কাছে একজন নপুসংক আসে, যার দু'হাত ও পা মেহেদী রংয়ে রঞ্জিত ছিল। তখন নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জিজ্ঞাসা করেনঃ এ ব্যক্তির অবস্থা কী ? জবাবে সাহাবীগণ বলেন; ইয়া রাসূলুল্লাহ! এ ব্যক্তি স্ত্রীলোকদের সাজে সেজেছে। তখন তাকে শহর থেকে বের করে দেয়ার হুকুম হলে, তাকে নাকী নামক স্থানের দিকে বের করে দেয়া হয়। এ সময় সাহাবীগণ জিজ্ঞাসা করেনঃ ইয়া রাসূলাল্লাহ ! আমরা কি তাকে হত্যা করবো না ? তিনি বলেনঃ আমাকে নামাযীদের হত্যা করতে নিষেধ করা হয়েছে। রাবী আবূ উছমান (রহঃ) বলেনঃ নাকী স্থানটি মদীনার উপকণ্ঠে অবস্থিত। এটা বাকী নামক স্থান নয়।হাদিসের মানঃ সহিহ (Sahih)।

--সূনান আবু দাউদ ৪৮৪৬. আবূ বকর ইবন আবূ শায়বা (রহঃ) ........ উম্মু সালামা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ একদা নবী করীম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার কাছে এমন সময় প্রবেশ করেন, যখন আমর কাছে একজন নপুংসক (হিজড়া) উপস্থিত ছিল। আর সে তার ভাইকে বলছিল। আগামীকাল মহান আল্লাহ্ যদি তায়েফের উপর (মুসলমানদের) বিজয় দান করেন, তবে আমি তোমাকে এমন এক স্ত্রীলোকের খবর দেব, যার আসার সময় তার পেটে চারটি ভাঁজ দেখা যায়; আর যখন সে চলে যায় তখন তার পেটে আটটি ভাঁজ দেখা যায়। একথা শুনে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে ঘর থেকে বের করে দেয়ার নির্দেশ দেন।হাদিসের মানঃ সহিহ (Sahih)।

[11/12, 2:19 AM] ISLAM HOUSE: It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: An effeminate man used to enter upon the wives of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and they regarded him as one of those who are without desire. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) came in one day when he was with one of his wives, and he was describing a woman. He said: She shows four folds when facing you and eight when she turns her back. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “I see that he knows about these things. He should not enter upon you.” She said: And they observed hijab before him.

Narrated by Muslim (2181).

An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

With regard to the effeminate man initially entering upon the Mothers of the Believers, the reason for that is explained in this hadeeth, which is that they thought that he was one of those who lack vigour and that it was permissible for him to enter upon them. But when these words were heard from him, it became known that he was one of those who possess vigour, so the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade him to enter upon them.

From this we learn that it is forbidden for any effeminate man to enter upon women and it is forbidden for them to appear before him, and it is clear that he comes under the same ruling as men who possess vigour and feel desire for women in this sense. The same applies to the eunuch and the emasculated man (one whose penis has been cut off).
